So, you’re probably like this right now: “OH MY GOD, MU, SO MANY ARTICLES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS IN ONE DAY, AHADHAWDAWDWADA” — we’re sorry about that, but we couldn’t just not tell you guys all this cool stuff right now.
However, we’ll call it a day (maybe) and focus with this article on what we’ve got coming up. Everything we mention in this article will be added in the next update to our website, so don’t worry if you don’t see them mentioned on our website or whitepaper just yet.
We noticed a number of concerns from our potential investors and community members regarding the duration upon which we’ll all be able to finally put our hands on memeunity, the official platform we’re working on. That’s fair. We did announce that there will be an NFT marketplace that will go live fairly sooner than MU itself, but it seems this may not quite cut it. So here’s what we’re going to do instead.
In the list below, you’ll see all the projects we’ll be working on, and their estimated delivery/launch dates (the dates won’t be exact until we make an official statement saying so, so this is a give or take date, but a fair estimation one, to be fair). Here goes:
- MU Merch Store on Redbubble:
Launch Date: January 30th (or earlier) —
You got that right. We’re going to launch a merch store! On the store, you’ll be able to purchase MU related products, and represent us! The funding from this store will highly help us all at the team, as it will cover many expenses (depending on the revenue) — but it’s also a cool way for all of us to represent memeunity. - MU NFT Marketplace:
Launch Date: March 15th (or earlier) —
We discussed our NFT marketplace multiple times, but never really gave a precise date to expect its delivery, and now we have! The marketplace will allow our investors and community members to trade their cards for profit, or simply for the glory. It’s up to you! - MU Minigame:
Launch Date: May 20th (or earlier) —
We never mentioned this one! But we’ll be developing a cool game focused on the memeunity universe characters, featuring our awesome mascot, Mia. The game is monetized, meaning that players will have the ability to win both DANK and MUU from it, if they’re skilled enough. It’s a puzzle-based game, and the best way we could describe it to you guys, is by asking you to check out King of Thieves, the mobile game. That’s all we’re saying about this for now. 😉 - MU NFT Meme Generator:
Launch Date: July 30th (or earlier) —
The meme generator was supposed to be a feature that we’d add to memeunity when it was actually built, however, creating it as a standalone project that would later be integrated into MU isn’t that bad for either us or the community, because it will allow the community to get their hands on one of the coolest features for MU, and they can also use it to generate awesome tradable NFTs! It’s a win-win.
Then there’s the actual MU platform, and a few secret projects we’ll announce once launched, actually. The moral of this article is fairly simple: 2021 is the year of memes, and the year where memeunity’s community (see what I did there?) is going to shine.
