Down below are all the pieces of information related to how we’ll handle the tokens, what our investors can expect, and why we’re doing it this way.
- Vesting:
In terms of vesting, we wanted to come up with a meaningful way that would both satisfy our community but also maintain the market’s balance. As we all know, the moment a new token is listed on Uniswap, some people can’t resist the urge to “dump” everything they have, ruining the market value, and causing the rest of the community to lose their investment.
So here’s what we’re going to do.
Regardless of how many DANK tokens an investor decides to purchase, they will only receive up to 40,000 DANK immediately and 10,000 in bonus DANK. Any DANK that they own beyond this amount will be vested after the conclusion of our public sale at a 15% ratio per week after we list on Uniswap until we reach our staking phase.
For example, if you purchased 100,000 DANK, we will immediately send you 40,000 DANK and the remaining 60,000 will be sent to you in divided percentages of 15% with each passing week.
When we launch our staking program, that percentage will be 35% to make sure that everyone would receive all their remaining DANK tokens within a single month.
Why we’re doing it this way:
To protect everyone, honestly. If a major investor decided to sell everything at a 40% profit, the market could take a dive that will hurt everyone else. On the other hand, if someone had 100,000 worth of DANK from the presale and decided to sell off for their 20%, it would severely hurt everyone. It’s not worth it.
When staking launches, we’ll be happy to increase that percentage to make sure everyone could jump right in and enjoy their rewards.
- Investment Caps:
Another thing we had to put into consideration is how much is too much. We want everyone to feel safe with their investment, not worrying about others having “too much more” than they do and feeling anxious about a potential dive in the market because of that. So we decided to cap any investment at $25,000.
