Lotta things been happening recently with memeunity, and we decided to create this (updatable) post that gives everyone the quick info about the company, projects, and what the hell is going on. So here goes:
What is memeunity?
memeunity is a decentralized social network (social memia, hehe)that aims to unite people through the beautiful universal language of humor. It doesn’t collect any data, it doesn’t request anything other than your email to signup, and you create a Memo (meemo) that represents your user as you have the right to not reveal any information about who you really are.
The platform aims to be a replacement for Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube, by offering more creator friendly policies that don’t screw anyone over.
Why crypto?
Because blockchain was founded originally for the sake of maintaining people’s privacy when processing transactions, and the most logical backers for the initial phases of this project would be from the same industry that was made for the same purpose as well.
Who are your partners?
Ferrum Network and PhantasmaChain — we’re also Phantasma’s first ever TGE (Token Generation Event), meaning that we’ll have our token audited, locked and sold through their network when our presale and public sale are ready for launch. Our NFTs will be deployed through their network and most of our projects will be directly integrated into their network as well.

We have 3 funding rounds:
- Private ($0.06) (current, which ends on Feb 7th or once we sell out)
- Presale ($0.08)
- Public Sale ($0.1)
We have successfully raised our softcap for the private round, having raised over 25,000 USD so far.

Lockups:
Team tokens will be locked for 2 years through Phantasma, and so will liquidity as well, for 1 year.
Listing date:
Unannounced yet. We’ll list DANK on Uniswap 1 day after the public sale ends, which is happening sometime in late February.
